Return/Replacement Policy/Returning an Item
Photography Lighting Co. Inc. our goal is to provide our customers with
complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with a
purchase, you may return most products to us within 14 days after
receiving your purchase for a full refund with no re-stocking fee minus
actual shipping charges paid to the shipping company, which are not
refundable. We strive to make our customers' return/exchange process
hassle free as possible. As all returns must meet our guidelines,
please review our return policy below carefully.

Damaged/Missing Items upon delivery
Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the package for
your return/exchange/refund to be processed. An email confirmation will

Damaged in delivery:
Upon delivery, please inspect the item thoroughly upon receipt to
insure that it is in operable condition and that it's not damagged if
you've found damage to the package or if merchandise is missing, please
keep the original shipping carton. All damaged and damaged in transit
claims must be reported by phone within 3 days of delivery. Otherwise
the manufacturer or delivery company (ie. UPS, FedEx, USPS wil not
replace broken items and will assume it was broken by customer after
arrival and the customer will be responsible to cover replacement. So,
please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can issue a damage
claim with shipping carrier or locate your missing items. Please do not
return the merchandise without going through these steps and contacting
us first, as it may delay or void the replacement of the order or the
issuance of a credit.

warranty from the date of purchase. No Black market or Gray market
product is sold. Warranty provides coverage for defects in
manufacturing only, and expressly excludes coverage for normal use,
excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and
theft. The warranty is valid only through the manufacturer and improper
repair or warranty service performed by someone other than the
manufacturer may void the warranty. Photography Lighting Co. disclaims
any liability for consequential or incidental damages, for breach of
written or implied warranty of an item, including merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose. Our manufacturer's warranty provides
specific legal rights, however, you may have additional rights, which
vary from state to state. As some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation
may not apply. Warranty is valid only in the U.S. For additional
information on how to obtain warranty service, please contact us.
Bulbs/Flash Tube Warranty
Glass light bulbs and flash tubes are guaranteed to work upon arrival
and are not covered by any warranty beyond that as the manufacturers
consider them expendables. Please make sure to inspect bulbs and flash
tubes upon receiving them. If you receive a broken or defective light
bulb or flash tube you must notify us by phone within 3 days of receipt
and a replacement will be sent to you. Do not disgard broken or
defective bulbs or flash tubes as some delivery companies or
manufacturers may require it back in exchange for replacements.

orders. Phone orders and orders made for will call pickup are subject
to added sales tax. All prices of taxable items include sales tax
reimbursement computed to the nearest mil. The sales prices of products

California. For customers located outside California who interpret the
sales tax law in their state to require that sales tax be paid, the
customer will be responsible for paying their own sales tax direct to

PayPal, Bill Me Later and Google Checkout. Please provide the correct
billing information for the card being used. Billing information
includes name, address and phone number of the card owner as recorded
by the bank or card issuer. If using a shipping address that is
different then the billing address, please provide a phone number for
the shipping address.
Checks / COD: We accept checks by mail. Sorry, we do not accept COD orders.
Some orders might be subject to our verification procedure before we
can process it. For your protection from credit card fraud or identity
theft, we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or that the
order and the ship-to information are valid. If your order requires
verification, you will be notified by email within one business day.
Track Your Order

You can cancel your order provided it hasn't yet entered the shipping

that an item is out of stock or for any other reason it's unable to be

For international orders, due to high international shipping costs and
taxes and duty fees, we cannot ship any partial order that includes
backordered items. We will hold the order until all items on the order
